Services, other than web site Services, offered through St. Louis Area Christian Links are  the responsibly of the individual or organization that submitted them.  When you respond to any of these you contract or deal directly with them and not with with St. Louis Area Christian Links.

In other words, St. Louis Area Christian Links is just the messenger.

Painless Fundraising

Most churches/church organizations and parochial schools are looking for ways to raise funds for programs.  To minimize the annoyance and frustration experienced by dealing with what seem to be perpetual fundraisers: candy, wrapping paper, etc., there are "painless" fundraisers: recycling and label redemption programs.  Although the amount generated per person is small, the totals add up.

Participation in these programs is not limited to organization members.  Encourage others to recycle and save for churches and schools.

If you have suggestions or questions concerning fundraising activities or are willing to volunteer to work on fundraising, please contact one or more of the collecting organizations.

Your support for these programs is both needed and appreciated.  Please visit the "Recycling" page to identify those in your area who can benefit from your discards.  Visit the "Label Redemption" page often and refer to it before shopping.

Employment Listing

If your church or church-related agency has a job opening, fill out the form on the "Employment" page.  After review (this is not the want ads) your notice will be placed on the "Employment" page.  Notices will be displayed for about a month or until we are notified that the position is filled.  If your notice is removed and the position is not filled, resubmit it.

Surplus Items

Churches/organizations/individuals with surplus material and supplies are welcome to post details on the "Surplus Items" page.  Do not post clothing items: take them to Goodwill or Salvation Army.

Church Emergency Listing

From time to time unplanned disasters from natural and human causes occur.  Churches and church organizations in need because of an emergency are encouraged to post details on the "Church Emergencies" page.

Volunteers

Do you need help?  Can you volunteer your time and talent?

If your church or church-related agency needs volunteer help, fill out the form on the "Volunteers" page.  After review (this is not the want ads) your notice will be placed on the "Volunteers" page.  Notices will be displayed for about a month or until we are notified that the position is filled.  If your notice is removed and the position is not filled, resubmit it.
